I had a very brief interview with the Plant manager and went to work a few days later. I was told what my pay would be with no negotiations. I was told what was expected of me in the company's eyes. And I was happy with the type of people I worked with for the most part. Everyone kept to themselves.

Why I did not want to come into work over sixty hours a week? I said it was because I had a seven year old son who had t-ball practice twice a week and I refused to miss it.
