Started out via text, then zoom and then one final. very clumsy process. The interviewer in Florida was unengaged and I felt that she was just going through the motions

What began as a Friendly and casual interview over the phone lead to Multiple interviews with many different people. In person interview can be expected if going forward. Visit the store interview. Panel interview feels a bit intimidating.
