Straight forward, examples of great customer service, team work, very friendly, put you at ease, tell me a bit about yourself, hobbies interests, talk me through your cv, where do you see your self in 5 years

Entretien
Manager asked me no relevant questions and spent 90% of the interview bragging about how he’d come to the store recently and fired half of the staff instead of retraining them. Very odd.
