Sent in my resume to WT at my school's career fair. I heard back the same evening of the career fair and was given an on-campus interview the next day. The Interview was behavioral and had some technical questions. Heard back 5 days later and was scheduled for a call with one of the team members. Phone Interview was a deeper dive into technical skills and some fit questions. Heard back 6 days later with an offer! Overall, it was a wonderful experience. The interview was really friendly and fun. Everyone was friendly and the campus recruiter was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I would recommend this company to anyone!
