Very brief interview to ensure prospective employees can talk well on the phone and convince customers to contribute donations. Half the time was spent interviewing and the other half spent practicing a call to see how I would handle it. Patience is key for the position, so breathing and remaining calm under pressure are things the interviewer told me after that they were looking for.

Entretien
I received an e-mail from my school's on-site program manager to set up a time for an over-the-phone interview. I chose a time, and proceeded to call at that time. Once the interview was over, I was told I received the job within the same phone call. We went over hiring procedures and training dates.
