I applied in a subsidiary of Win Hanverky in Vietnam. Initially, local HR Manager contacted for a phone-interview. I received invitation to the assessment centre consisting of a factory tour one week later. I had to make a presentation on observation of the factory and propose improvements. After that, I had a panel interview with the local management team. The questions were standards, but the interviewers could come up with situational ones by surprise. At the end of the assessment centre, I did some aptitude tests. It was average for any degrees in general. Three days later, I had invitation for the final round. It had a writing test on apparel industry and a panel interview with the Group senior managers. The questions were almost the same as the assessment centre.
