Slow, messy, and unprofessional. Applied for the job late in February, received a very informal email asking for a phone interview in mid-April, came in for an interview in early May and didn't hear anything until June... Then WC expressed frustration with _me_ because I said I'd need a week or so to tie up things at my old role! The interview itself was unusual; offices were offputting, one interviewer was well-prepared and the other was not, just rambled about nothing. Also I was required to complete some frankly insulting spot-the-difference "skills tests" seemingly to demonstrate that I had the mental competence of a six-year-old. I should have gone with my gut feeling about the place but ignored it.

Very messy process, not organised at all.
One interviewer had a plan for the interview and was asking relevant questions but the other interviewer kept interrupting and going off topic trying to explain the role
