I had a phone screen with the recruiter which was followed by a video interview with the editorial team. It went really well — everyone was fun and friendly. It was right before the holidays and they made a point to tell me that they would keep me posted because they know how annoying it is to wait around during the interview process... And then... Of course... They totally ghosted. *shrug*
