It was a 20 minute screener via Zoom, two attorneys at the same time, standard questions (why W&S, why this practice group, hobbies, how you like law school, etc). Through on campus interview process.

Entretien
Straightforward behavioral questions. Easy going and good conversation. Not as high stakes seeming as you would think going into the interview. Treat it as a time to learn and scope out what it is like to work there as well.
Interviewed with 4-5 associates and partners from the practice group in that office. The interview was pretty informal and felt like a vibe-check. Many left a lot of time for questions.
