I applied on the website and got a call from someone with the Assembly Democrats to schedule a preliminary zoom meeting. Then I was referred to a legislator and had an in person interview with him and his staff member. I was offered the internship in that meeting.

Entretien
- meet with policy advisors and/ or legislative assistants who ask questions regarding experience and field of interest (ie: policy, constituent services, communications)
- depending on position, may require previous experience in state government
