The interview process at Wiser Solutions consisted of five rounds, each conducted by different team members from various locations. The rounds included a mix of technical, problem-solving, and behavioral questions. Each round was professional and engaging. The interviewers were knowledgeable and approachable, and the discussions were thorough. The process spanned over a month, allowing time to understand the role and the company. Although the interviews went well, I did not receive constructive feedback on the rejection, which would have been helpful for future growth. Overall, the process was well-organized and gave a good insight into Wiser Solutions’ work culture and expectations.
