I filled out an application online, then received a phone call shortly afterward. I had an in-person interview with three friendly staff members. It was a comfortable and welcoming environment. The phone interview lasted about 10 minutes, and the in-person interview was about 30 minutes. The panel took turns asking questions. It wasn't as awkward as some multi-person interviews can feel.I was applying for an AmeriCorps position, so their normal staff position interviews may be different.
