Well when I got there I was given a form and one of the employees writes on it how much experience you have and what campaign you are a part of. You then do your assessments and your interview with operations.

fairly simple process simple 3 rounds were taken.Round 1 & 2 were pertaining my skills which was present in the CV and based on it i was asked following question to test my capabilities as a developer

It was so easy and smooth. 3 rounds, first round HR discussion. Technical round. then manager rounds. It was a good experience in taking these questions. It was a good experience attending the interview.
