J'ai postulé via un recruteur. J'ai passé un entretien chez Wolff Olins (Londres, Angleterre) en avr. 2014
Entretien
This job was in Madrid so first I met with two current London Creative Directors in London, before being invited to meet the management team in Madrid. They were keen to get my views on Branding and asked specific questions about work in my portfolio.
Having decided they like my work and would like to interview me, they subsequently decided my work wasn't good enough, followed-up with a suggestion of freelancing because they really liked my work.
A very amateur interview process considering the seniority of the role.
There was drastically insufficient time given to the interview, which was further reduced by tech problems on their side and no extra time added to compensate, which meant very little time for questions after I had completed my rushed presentation – the lack of questions was then used as another reason to discount me.
They seemed much more interested to be impressed with visuals rather than discuss an approach, obstacles overcome, resource managing, team development, and delivering on strategic and client objectives.
