Assessment centre started with a group task. This was simple and tests your interpersonal skill. This is followed by a group presentation on the task. Technical task and interview are about the specific role you are applying for. Finally, you end with an individual presentation of a topic they provide.

First I had a brief phone interview with human resources followed by a one day assessmenet centre at their offices which included a technical test, group activity and one on one presentation
