Very easy go for it they are desperate! No hard questions asked if they like you they will hire you. The HR lady was a bit slow at replying but at least she replied. Eventually. Just need to chase.

Entretien
The interview process was self explanatory with basic questions about your skills and it lasted from June to September. It consisted of 3 interviews with the West Coast Design Lead, two Associate Principals, and Senior Designer. Although I did receive an offer letter, I asked to extend the deadline by one week. Unfortunately, the request was denied being that position needed to be filled urgently.....

Entretien
Relaxed and informal interview. Everyone seemed nice and asked questions not only about my work that I'd done, but what I'd be interested in doing and developing more in, which was nice.
