Two rounds of interviews were conducted: the first with team members, where experiences and their roles were discussed, and the second with head managers, who asked about knowledge of the company and prior experience.

Process was very general. No technical questions but more on your previous working experiences. Whoever interviewed me wanted to understand the job duties I had with previous Bank and whether I was comfortable to do reports in Korean / English.
