Sign in waited to be call in for interview along with three others had a group interview first then went to a one on one interview the lady giving the interview let me ask questions about the company and the job i would be doing its a start up company it seems like it was a lot of empty space where we held the interview

Pretty normal interview. Nothing out of the ordinary. Interview with head production manager. She didn't really seem to know much about what her department actually did. Didn't really think highly of her when I was hired, but I was happy to get the job. I seemed to know more about what they did than she did.
