This was the most intense interview process I’ve been apart of. First, there was a phone screening from the recruiter. Second, there was a 30 min phone call with someone in the same role describing the position and a few interview questions. Third, there were 4 45 minute video interviews back to back with various people from the company. They give you a few weeks to prepare for the interview with specific guidelines on how to answer questions. Be prepared to really drill down into your responses with specific information on the choices you made. It almost is as if you provide ak answer and are asked “why” 5 times until they are at the core of the answer. So really prepare yourself for this process. It’s intense! I heard from the recruiter 4 weeks after I applied and it was about a 6-8 week process from that point to being offered a position.
