Ridiculous. If you have 30 years experience, they require that you list each job and dates plus job duties etc to prove you have that many years experience. This takes forever with their application system that generates it's own resume.

There a many assessments you will have to take besides the lengthy application process. And when you think you're done, the recruiter then critiques your information, requesting more.
