HR screening. Then a week's project. After the project I got negative answer.
I usually quit interviews that require big projects due to my busy working schedule. This time I decided to allocate the time for it. After sending the solution I got a negative answer non relevant to my implementation. It feels like nobody checked it.

It was a four step process, always had the appropriate feedback from the recruiter.
Step one was a screening session with the recruiter simple stuff to know me and my experience better. And to present the company.
Step two was a take home exercise quite difficult not so much for the technical challenges it presented, but for the volume of work it needed.
Step three was a technical interview based on the solution you provide in step two, and some technical and architectural questions.
I didn’t make it to step four.
Overall a good experience will consider applying when I have more knowledge.

HR call (screening, presentation of the Company and the role, explanation of the interview process, a brief intro by the candidate and the chance to ask any initial questions), followed by a little project ("homework") plus a short online psychometric test, a technical interview (questions on the project, your past experience and general technical questions), a 2nd technical interview with top management. The process was clear and the interviewers very friendly and knowledgeable. After each phase of the process, there was clear feedback and detailed explanation of the next step. Actually, you get a detailed outline of the interview process on writing as soon as you complete the initial HR screening call. The "homework" could be coded at any language/framework. It required a bit of work, but it was pleasant and the requirements were clear and not unnecessarily large in scope.
