I submittted an extensive online application which included sending a college transcript and answering multiple questions. I was called about a month later for an interview. I had 2 days to get ready for a panel interview. I didn't get the job because this was my first panet interview and I wasn't prepared for their method. The 4 interviewers took turns reading 10 questions. It was difficult to connect with any of them because they looked down and wrote notes the whole time. Then they took me into another room and I had to answer a couple more situational questions on the computer. Very interesting experience.
