HR had standard questions. Did not require past knowledge of industry. Said up front you had to go through a Backgrounds and Drug/Alcohol screening process. I was asked to go take a hair test when I left the interview.

HR did not disclose the overworked culture and unrealistic expectations of a full time salary position. Company is not open to systemic process improvement. Management are bullies and have not evolved over time.
