You submit the online application first and then within a week or so the HR will send you an online Hirevue interview request. The interview questions are pretty standard and you can find sample questions online to prepare in advance. Don't have sufficient experience to give a reasonable rating of the interview difficulty nor the workplace culture though, as I did not proceed to the next round.

The hiring process included three rounds: a VI test, an HR interview, and an interview with the hiring manager.
The scheduling was a bit challenging — for example, the HR team often rescheduled interviews on very short notice, sometimes the evening before the interview, and without any acknowledgment.
During the final interview, the hiring manager came across as somewhat condescending, making it feel like the candidate should be grateful for the opportunity to be interviewed.
