J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 4 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez World Economic Forum (Genève) en mars 2018
Entretien
Phone interview and in person after cover letter and CV. Video interview for 45 min and then 2 months before the in person interview. In person interview was a panel and was lengthy
First step was the recorded interview. The practice questions only provided 30 seconds for the response, however the actual questions were up to 120 seconds. The second step was a virtual interview with the recruiter and the hiring manager together. The recruiter put a lot of pressure at this step to agree to salary and relocation requirements. After this interview, they never followed up with the hiring decision. Six weeks later, I emailed to check-in and the recruiter was vague, however after searching on LinkedIn I learned that they had filled the position.

Entretien
Altogether several interviews drawn out over 6 months and across two continents, plus written assignment and presentation on my ideas and suggestions for directions the role could take. Looking back, I feel the whole process was a fishing exercise to get ideas - in the end they hired from their own network. After being considered for a second role, they refused to give me a firm rejection before reposting the same job. As if the appalling interview process wasn't bad enough, they took over 3 months, and over 20 emails from me, to reimburse my interview expenses of a few thousand pounds. The incompetency and disregard shown by the staff can only reflect on what the World Economic Forum must be like as an organisation.
