Easy interview, which lasted about 20 minutes, focused on background and soft skills. Ex: how the position related to prior experience, to tell about a time where you faced failure, etc.

Interviewed by three different people, but as was for a volunteer position when I first started (not for current position) it was more relaxed. One way to get UN opportunities is to volunteer or be an intern. Later, with a foot in the door you can apply for other opportunities.
