I applied online at the company website specifically for the beverage department head position. Later, a supervisor called me and set up an interview. After the first interview, I was interviewed a few weeks later by the general manager. A week after that, the GM called to offer me the position. The company sent me an email formally offering the position, which I accepted.

Casual didn't require me to dress up. Typical interview questions. Ended up talking retail business history with the interviewing manager. He was super cool. Mostly he was interested in my career goals. Turned out they really try to give you the opportunity to move up as much as possible.

Entretien
I applied online and received a call from a manager a few days later setting up an interview before opening on a Sunday morning. The interview was in the office and lasted about 20 or 30 minutes. It was very easy and relaxed. After the interview I was told to expect a call from the general manager, but unfortunately I never heard anything back. After calling back 3 times over the next 3 weeks, I gave it up.

After filling out a basic application, I got called in and spoke one on one with the General Manager. She briefed me on the job description, asked me how prepared I felt for the position, and that was it!
