Applied online and got an email with an invitation for a telephone interview in less than a week (which was great, very responsive!) The telephone interview was relatively short and easy. Got through and was invited to assessment centre which lasted an entire day - we completed group tasks, individual interviews, and presentation on a fintech. Got a call a week later with no offer but feedback. I am glad I received feedback but wished they had called me a bit earlier as the waiting is stressful.
