Applied on 10/12/24. I had interviewed with WWP a couple months before for another position and had a great interview experience despite not getting the job. So my expectations for the hiring process were high. On 11/01/24, I got an email from HR requesting an interview & saying they'd been trying to contact me. We did our phone screen a few days later, which I passed. I had my 2nd interview on 11/15/24 as a panel with the team I would be working with. I'm great at interviews, but the supervisor on the call was stoic and unfriendly. I left with a bad feeling. On 11/18/24, I emailed HR asking when I would know about moving onto the 3rd & final interview. The following day, HR let me know that I will know by the end of the week. No word. I emailed on Monday asking for an update, but HR was OOO all week for Thanksgiving. I emailed again on 12/3/24 asking for an update. On 12/5/24, I finally heard from HR saying she would let me know my status that afternoon. No word. 12/6/24 I heard nothing from HR, but logged into the candidate portal to see that I didn't get the job. Never heard from HR. This whole interview process made me never want to work for WWP because of the HR process. Even though it was Thanksgiving, I wish I had gotten rejected so much earlier in the process rather than waiting nearly a month to get rejected.
