The interview process didn't take too long - had the standard format: Call with HR about experience, availability and expectations. The second interview was with design leads, presenting my work. Questions were mostly aimed at my way of thinking, solving problems, working with resources and the team. Not nitpicking on visuals. I felt like I had space to present myself and elaborate on things I found important. They also shed light on how work would look like, it truly felt like a dialog. The third interview was with potential team-mates a PM and engineering leads. It was much more relaxed mostly sharing about processes, dealing with conflict or tricky situations. Here I also heard a lot about how they work so I felt very well informed about what is to expect. The decision didn't take too long - the HR did reach out in the meantime to ask for couple of more days, so I didn't feel anxious about waiting. So far the impressions I got during the interview process meet the reality.
