J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 3 mois. J'ai passé un entretien chez Writers House, LLC
Entretien
Wrote two readers reports, had interviews with two different potential supervisors, and then one final interview with the program supervisor. Everyone was very friendly, but the process takes a long time so don't worry if you don't hear back for a few weeks.

Book focused, went over assignment/readers review, trying to assess taste and reading interests, 2 rounds plus the manuscript review and very competitive with agents interviewing multiple candidates, timeline often unclear
For the first stage of the interview (about a week after submitting my resume), I received a manuscript to review and write a reader's report on (1 page summary, 2 page analysis). A few days after I submitted my report, I had a Zoom interview with my direct supervisor. That interview had very traditional interview questions, and took about 30 minutes. Two weeks after that, I was invited to a Zoom interview with the internship director. That interview was a little less formal--he wanted to get to know me as a person, so it was mostly chatting about books and the publishing industry in general. I received an official offer via phone the next morning.
