I think the interview process was very wierd and it happened to me with thr same agency twice in a span of 8 years. First, they call me for an interview then they disappear. Few months later they recall me for another interview, then they disappear again. I wish they are more caution when it comes to these arrangements and more professional.

Entretien
Three interviews and a test. Nothing was clear from their side. Each interviewer had different assumptions about the vacancy I would be filling and they described different roles, clients' industries, and even job titles to me. The HR manager has a very snobbish attitude and treats the employees as her servants.

Incredibly long, HR contact lead me to believe she would be setting up the next interview with hiring manager and she never returned my calls or let me know if they changed their minds after repeated attempts.
