Simple processs, started with HR and moved to my direct manager. Then proceeded to the next manager and then did a final interview. It was an easy process, that took about a week.
Light. But effective. They ask question that you would expect. Want someone to think on their feet and be effective. Nothing new is a sales position. They are professional and upfront

On-line Application, Phone Interview, One on One Interview in Knoxville, TN. I was living several hours away at the time. Two Ride Alongs with current Sales Representatives one in Knoxville and the other in the town I was living at the time.

At the One on One interview after introductions I was handed 3 sheets of paper and told to write 10 reasons why I should be hired, the first 10 things I would do if I got the position, and an outline of my first 3 months on the job if offered.
