J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 2 mois. J'ai passé un entretien chez X (San Francisco, CA) en juil. 2017
Entretien
Applied online, HR scheduled the first interview within 2 weeks. Onsite was schedules few weeks after that. So, one round of telephonic followed by 5 rounds of onsite interview. 60% percent technical and 40% cultural fit questions, passion about the product and the company. Both technical and non technical aspect matters to crack the interview. Technical was lots of fundamental questions from various skills mentioned in your resume. Hands on coding was part of onsite interview followed by scenario based questions. The HR was not bad in responding not very good either. They would say they would call and update you by EOD and they wont until few days. Process was slightly slower than I had expected. After clearing all rounds, was given the offer, offer was pretty much I had expected, hence accepted it.

Entretien
Applied online, no recruiter or referral.
First phone screen was with a recruiter. Covered basic resume questions, and some basic technical questions.
Second phone interview was with the hiring manager. More in-depth experience and lots of technical questions.
Third phone interview was also lots of technical questions.
The recruiter than called me in for an onsite interview. Throughout the whole process, the recruiters were very polite, efficient, and acknowledged difficulties in scheduling. Allowing for scheduling, you probably could finish the whole process in a week if desired.
Onsite was a whole day event with 30-45 minute interviews with 5-8 people. You'll meet prospective team members and possible cross team managers. There will be technical questions. Definitely a lot of "cultural fit" type questions. Don't try to fake your responses.
Recruiter will wait for feedback from all the interviewers before they contact you with a notice of offer or not.
Throughout the process everyone is very polite.
