A recruiter reached out to me on LinkedIn regarding a position that could be a good fit. I had an initial phone screening with the recruiter to make sure my experience aligned well with the responsibilities of the role as well as cultural fitness. After passing the screening, I visited the NYC offices for an in-person interview. I thought it was a great process with employees who truly cared to hear about your experience and explain the culture and company. Although I did not get the position, it was a great experience and I would love the opportunity to interview again. The recruiter feedback on my interview which I also appreciated.

I was contacted by a Twitter Recruiter on Linkedin and scheduled a phone screening where she learned more about my background. There was limited information provided regarding the role and more so set up as an "open opportunity"/ chemistry test with various teams within partnerships. I was then asked to come in person about 2-3 days later (limited time to prep) and it was insinuated that waiting until the following week would not be best. After meeting 3 employees, I was contacted to let me know that she received great feedback and would keep in contact if there was a role that "fit". Overall this was confusing and very indirect in terms of next steps. I followed up and recruiter was pretty much not accessible. Haven't heard back since. Experience seemed to favor their needs and show little respect for the prospective candidate.

Casual and relaxed. No hard hitting questions. Took less time than I expected. Everyone was really nice. The HR could be better organized. Overall, not stressful at all.
