Entretien
Had an amazing interview with the first recruiter and was passed along to the hiring manager who said she wanted to move me to finals. Then the primary recruiter changed and I was completely ghosted. I emailed her about 4-5 times to ask for a status update and provide my availability. It was literally the most unprofessional experience I've had with a company. To go through two interviews and then be ghosted with zero reasoning or communication was the height of recruiting ineptitude. If you are treating candidates in the recruiting world with such disregard then how terribly are you treating others? I would be ashamed to have this recruiter on my team.
