Hi there, thanks for reaching out with this feedback. There's a wide variety of criteria we vet for, but generally if it concludes after a technical interview, then it means our team didn't think you would successfully pass a technical interview with one of our partners in the future. Most importantly, our partners expect a strong showing of confidence and experience when speaking about development topics. Our strongest candidates are able to make those 10 questions into a long, in-depth conversation about past projects, experiences, learnings, challenges, etc., rather than only answering the surface level question. It's good to always think of any interview as an opportunity to help that company build confidence and trust in you by showcasing yourself, your depth of knowledge and your experience as much as possible. That's not to say you didn't accomplish that since we don't know your exact situation, but for anyone else reading hopefully that information helps!
We value you your time above all and will only ask for the amount of time it takes to find out if we can confidently put you forward to our partners. We certainly appreciate the time you gave us, and we'd be happy to dive in and send more feedback on why we didn't decide to move forward, just reach out to us at talent@x-team.com so we can pull up your information. Cheers!
