I interviewed with one person in the UK and it was very pleasant and felt very positive as well as another person in charge of the recruitment. They sent me over alot of questions regarding my development experience in testing, Wordpress, working with teams, etc. I provided a video interview of myself and later it went through well. I sent them very detailed responses and then replied with more questions which again I sent over with alot of detail regarding my experience. I passed that process along with the video process and they mentioned they wanted to put me on there "short list" for 3 Wordpress clients, which from what I read being on the short list takes some time but I got in there pretty fast. So the recruiter from the UK basically gave the green light to submit me to 3 clients "your profile looks like a good fit for these 3 positions", basically passing all the filters. Then I was contacted by another person who went back on the process and wanted to know more about my experience which looked like basically this guy undermined the authority from the person from the UK which gave the green light so it was weird. So I replied to this person again which looked like he wasn't even aware of anything I did before during the whole recruitment process so I replied a bit shorter and mentioned I had coordinated with the other two recruiters. Shortly a day after, I got a reply from the person in the UK who originally gave the green light to submit me to the 3 clients and mentioned "we won't be continuing with the process".
