First round with HR, then personality test, then interview with team lead and HR, then interview with department lead. Overall it was easy and HR was well qualified, personality test was interesting and I was able to check the results after the hiring process.

Entretien
The interview process was done in my city.
The interviewer (later fired) didn't NOT listen nor had sufficient details of the position.
After being hired, the interviewer then misinformed the customer of my skill set and created a furor.
Also, they require a difficult mathematical test for all interviewees which have nothing to do with their impending position. I did pass the text, but it is irrelevant to my, and others', positions.

Entretien
I get hired through internal referral. Shortly after my CV was submitted, I got a call from HR and scheduled an interview. The first interview was with the head of HR. We discussed my past experiences (work and also extracurricular activities). Then I get a detailed intro about the company, the main processes and field of work. Nothing special. The second was with the delivery manager. It was also smooth, mostly about experiences (both mine and his) and stories about how to be successfull. Both of the interviews lasted for about 90 minutes, were relaxed and professional.
