Was contacted on Indeed after submitting my application. Then I met with the Marketing Director at the Irvine Office. Second Interview was in-person with the CEO after 2 weeks from the first interview. I was hired on and the whole process took 3 weeks. It seems like they take their time because they want to invest in their employees. I felt the Marketing Director was knowledgeable and friendly and the CEO was really humble and easy to talk to.
