I met with one of their recruiters, then I met with the hiring manager for a second-round. Pretty straight-forward process, and I was told I'd hear back in about a week. Two weeks after the second-round, I decided to reach out and received a canned "going with someone else" reply. Unfortunately, XOi is yet another company that will allow candidates to spend several hours interviewing for a role, but they are not courteous or professional enough to take 30 seconds to send a rejection email in a timely manner, but, rather, after I seek out this information myself.
