Entretien
Interview process is extremely quick and to the point. I was contacted by the recruiter, Noah Kaufman via LinkedIn.
1. Initial 10 minute phone chat about the position and whether my experience aligned with it. 2. Cognitive assessment and Personality assessment with detailed instructions for both.
3. Xoom interview with Noah, which was similar to the first phone interview. I was also informed that they were interviewing another candidate who was further along in the process than I was but they wanted to interview me anyway.
4. Video interview with a Manager
I was then informed that the other candidate was made an offer, so I didn't make it to the next round which would have been a video interview with the Director of Professional Services. The last round would have been on-site in the Toronto office.
Business scenarios and general discussion around your prior experience, you should be prepared with topics from your prior roles and how you managed projects, tasks, and engagements overall Multi-tasking is essential so make sure to highlight your experience of working on multiple projects at the same time

First step is a technical/iq test. Once that is cleared, the next step is a call with the recruiter.
The recruiter prepared me for next steps with the hiring manager in terms of what questions to ask and so on, while saying a call with the hiring manager was next and I should look for an invite before the end of the week.
Then I got ghosted.

After you apply , there is an online assessment. The online assessment has two components cognitive assessment and personality assessment (eg. if A > B, B < C does C=A ) . After that I got a call from HR. General first round HR questions (eg. tell me about yourself). Overall it was good experience
