3. Two day work trial. Got briefed on a problem. Create a solution and plan of action. Spent two days talking with actual team. Presented to HM, and actual team mates. Hiring manager guided thru the work trial.

Three interview stages with HR and hiring managers. If you get through all of that, you will be invited to a work trial day where you get to talk to people you will work with if accepted for the job and do a presentation at the end of the day.

The recruitment process is long and I had a couple of interviews with different people. However, it was overall enjoyable and very insightful. I am aware that one of the goals is to make us familiar with the team we would be joining later, so I did not mind it at all.
