My interview experience with Xerox was great. The supervisor was nice and friendly. They made me feel comfortable. I interviewed with different managers and co workers as well. I was hired immediately. The Xerox environment was very welcoming. The job market is always competitive when looking for good people. Companies need to realize that they're selling themselves as much as candidates are. It's important to treat people well during the interview process.

There is no process, it is mostly political hook-ups. Being hired on merit is rare.
