phone, 1 on 1 then 5 week training. the phone interview was about 15 minutes long, after passing that I had to pass a gammer test, and typing of 22 wpm. then I met with a mgr, on site and answered his questions when he made his offer I then had to take a drug test, after passing that about a week later I got my start date. It was contract work and they were looking for customer service skills, there thinking is we can teach technical skills but not customer service, and I had at least 20+.

Went great interviewers were really friendly went over everything I asked and answered all my questions asked relevant questions pertaining to the job gave the option to use personal or professional scenarios
Plusieurs entretiens en visio, pas de difficultés particulières rencontrées. Les RH étaient sympathiques et ont bien expliqué les différents avantages proposés ainsi que les modalités d'entretien. Tout était clair, pas de difficultés particulières
It was very great, very informative. And the interviewer really knew how to make me feel comfortable. And I'm very happy that I chose them. It was absolutely amazing. I really look forward to working with them in the future
