The interview process was very straightforward and relaxed. The interviewer was friendly, and the overall atmosphere was comfortable. The questions were mostly related to the job description and role responsibilities. Overall, it was an easy and pleasant experience.

They asked questions mostly related to the job description, such as my experience with sales, handling customer interactions, and how I would approach assisting customers in a store.
Dopo aver mandato la candidatura online ho ricevuto una mail che mi informava che non sono stato scelto. Non ho parlato con nessuno delle risorse umane neanche al telefono. Ho risposto alle domande obbligatorie e da quello loro hanno scelto se continuare o meno il processo di selezione. Non credo abbiano neanche letto il cv che ho mandato.
