The interview process was extremely unorganized and had no direction I felt as though I had to entertain my interviewers rants to stay on their good side instead of talking about my experiences. No traditional questions were asked very disorganized. Asked my if I would be okay being overworked. All told me that for two roles that I was being considered for were being closed due to budget cuts. Does not seem like a stable company & if I were to get a job at Xometry I have no doubt I'd be layed off within 3-6 months considering the instability & unorganization.
