The initial 2 rounds went well. The recruiter called me and informed me that I was a final round candidate. He mentioned the next interviewer was on vacation and it’d take time to schedule the final meeting. I followed up with him two weeks later to ask for an update. And then I promptly received an automated rejection email the following morning. Pretty unprofessional.
