Took a two hour long "aptitude" test on site which was already a ridiculous amount of time for screening for a development position and had NO DEVELOPMENT QUESTIONS at all. Let that be a red flag to anyone else considering development as this is not common. Had two separate interviews, both basically just went item by item down my resume and then asked technical questions in a disconcerting manner. Funnily enough, in this process I had almost no questions about my ability to actually write code. Tons of time wasted.
