Don't be surprised if your interview gets cancelled on short notice. I recently experienced this myself. I had prepared for four days, only to receive a cold email four hours before the scheduled interview time, informing me that the position had already been filled. It was quite frustrating, especially considering that Customer Experience is central to the company's business. Given that your company is built on collecting data and analyzing customer behavior, my suggestion is to leverage that analysis and knowledge internally to be more human and fair to all candidates
